The U.S. Cellular Protect powered by Pocket Geek app comes with Device Protection+ enrollment and helps secure your personal information, solve technical issues and optimize your device’s performance.
These data backup features allow you to backup whatever content you choose, plus restore files you have backed up quickly and easily to your device.
Two Levels of Plans
The Standard Plan offers up to 5GB of data backup, which help secure your most important files and information. But most users have more than 5GB of important contents on their phone, and could benefit from more space.
The Advanced Plan offers up to 100GB of data backup plus additional tech support, for any and all problems or questions you have about your device, live with Tech Support+. For iPhone users, the plan also includes 24/7 priority access to Apple support, as well as coverage for repair service at Apple stores and Apple Authorized Service Providers.
When Should You Sign Up?
You don’t have to sign up for the program at the time you purchase a new device with U.S. Cellular, but you will want to move quickly.
After activating any new device, you have 30 days to enroll in Device Protection+, so it’s best to enroll within that timeframe to make sure that your data is protected.
